One great benefit of Facebook is being able to stay in contact with your old school friends. Amy and I have were really good friends in high school, but since we got back in contact, she had moved to Colorado where she lives with her husband and two gorgeous kids. I was thrilled when she let me know she was coming to town and wanted to schedule a session with me.

We started discussing location ideas and she decided on the Fort Worth Stockyards to incorporate the “Texas” urban feel, and we also did a themed shoot with just the kiddos. This post has their full family shoot, but be sure to check back tomorrow for this ADORABLE themed session.

It makes me so happy that I’ve been getting to see so many of my brides and grooms lately! So many of my couples are starting families. Drew and Candice live up in Philadelphia, but they had their wedding here locally. They are for sure one of my favorite couples. When Candice told me she was coming into town for their baby shower and wanted to schedule me for her maternity pictures, I was thrilled to see them again

Candice wanted to have some nature/outdoor pictures, so we went to the Japanese Gardens, which are absolutely beautiful this time of year.

Wow, three days in a row of blogging! I think I’m setting a record! My goal is to really stay on top of my posts through this wedding season! I have so many fabulous weddings, engagements and bridals that I just can’t wait to share with you!

This is Anthony & Karyn. Aren’t they gorgeous? After my clients book me, I talk to them about what type of look they would like for their engagement session and then I help them decide on a location. These two wanted a modern session, so they were game when I suggested that we go down to the Dallas Arts District. I had never been down there (I’m a Fort Worth girl), so it was a lot of fun walking around and exploring with them. The weather was absolutely amazing as well. It just couldn’t have been a better day.

I first met Will & Keesha at an Open House and I remember thinking, “I hope they follow up with me!” I knew right away they were fabulous. They are both the sweetest people but besides that, Will is absolutely hilarious He made me laugh every time I met with them When I get to work with couple’s like this, it doesn’t even feel like a job! Their engagement session is absolutely adorable. I love how cute and snuggly they are naturally to each other.

Fort Worth Family Photographer: T&P Warehouse | Lamb Family

Well, lately I’m getting to see lots of repeat clients! This is the Lamb Family I started shooting little Lone when he was a newborn, and then again last year. This is our third session and first full family session. And, wow, what a good looking family!

Lone is the cutest, sweetest little boy… that makes me WORK for my money! This child can avoid a camera like nobody’s business! No worries though We managed to still get some adorable smiles from this little man!

Well, if you follow me at all, you should know this beautiful family. Jamaal & Tiffany have been my clients for several years now I remember walking into the Starbucks to meet them, toting in all of my wedding samples. Since then, I have shot their engagement session, Tiffany’s bridals, their wedding (of course), and most recently their maternity session and now their very first family session. I’m also a big girl now with my own studio so everyone can see TONS of albums, canvases and not have to fight for a spot to sit!

I absolutely love getting to see my couples again and seeing their families and love grow. I hope they continue to use me as their family photographer until I retire! Here are a few of my favorites from their session at one of my favorite new (for me) locations at the T&P Warehouse on Lancaster.
