Q: What type of weddings have you photographed?
A: I have photographed well over 150 weddings, including: Catholic, Christian, Vietnamese, Latino, Serbian, Hispanic, Nigerian, Indian, same sex, and DOUBLE weddings! I have photographed outdoor and indoor weddings in a variety of settings from out in the country to low-lit churches and hotels. I can work with or without flash.
Q: Are you insured?
A: Yes. I have general business liability, equipment and malpractice insurance. I can provide proof of insurance if your venue requires it.
Q: How many pictures do you take?
A: As many as needed to record your special day. I do not put a limit on or count how many photos that I take.
Q: Do you supply digital images?
A: Yes! All wedding packages include a disk containing your high-resolution images with a print release. If an engagement/bridal session is included with your package, those images are also included on your wedding disk.
Q: What photo lab do you use? Can you recommend one to me?
A: I recommend ordering your images through me since I use a professional lab that caters to professional photographers only. But, if you would prefer to order you own prints, I recommend mpix.com for reasonable and quality printing. PLEASE don’t process your images at Target, Wal-Mart, etc. I have done personal testing repeatedly at these locations and their color processing is terrible at best. I do not guarantee any work that is not ordered directly through me.
Q: What kind of equipment do you shoot with?
A: I use professional equipment including flashes, many lenses needed for different effects, and off camera lighting. I also have a backup body and flashes to ensure nothing prevents me from recording your day.
Q: Do you have a backup plan in case of an emergency that prevents you from shooting?
A: While I haven’t had this happen yet, and I don’t plan for it to in the future, I do have photographers that I can contact last minute with a similar style and quality that can step in to shoot. I also am a part of a local photographer’s group that has a forum dedicated to wedding photographers that I can turn to as well.
Q: Are the images in color or black and white?
A: I shoot in color and convert as I deem appropriate for black and white, sepia, and many other processing methods. If you are interested in seeing a picture processed differently, just ask!
Q: How do I view my photos?
A: You will be sent a link to your gallery approximately 2-6 weeks after your wedding. You are welcome to forward this to family and friends to make purchases. It will stay online for one month from the time it is posted.
Q: Do you do skin touch-up?
A: Yes! All of my images have been individually edited and include basic skin editing to make sure you look your very best! Extensive editing may incur an additional fee.
